We will need any two of the following: Trade organization membership or certificate, business license, professional license, website, articles of organization, state issued or Uniform Sales Tax and Use Resale Certificate/Permit, EIN, Business Invoice, Catalog, or Portfolio. You will need to send a Sales Tax and Use Resale Certificate to qualify for tax free orders. Email documents to trade@artlyinternational.com or use the form below.
We will need a copy of a Uniform Sales Tax and Use Resale Certificate or a state issued Sales Tax and Use Resale Certificate completely and accurately filled out.
For resellers in Florida, please provide a copy of your signed Annual Resale Certificate.
For resellers in Oklahoma, please provide a copy of your Sales Tax/Exemption Permit.
For resellers in Mississippi, please provide a copy of your Sales Tax Permit.
For resellers in Washington, please provide a copy of your reseller permit.

No, there is no minimum order.
Approved professionals will work with a dedicated team member to place all orders and for assistance with any other services including framing and bespoke commissions.
